General  Safety Rules
Please Review These Safety Guidelines With Your Child(ren)

1. Dress Code
   Girls: Bodysuit/Leotard. Shorts or leggings over the bodysuit may also be worn.
   Tumbling & Trampoline students may wear shorts and a fitted T-Shirt. No Camis.
   
   Boys: T-Shirt & Shorts.
   • * No buckles, Zippers or snaps. All students should be in bare feet.
   • * Long Hair should be pulled back away from the face. No Bobby Pins
   • * NO JEWELRY Small studded earrings may be worn.
2. NO Gum or Candy in the Gym.
3. Always listen to the coach’s instructions carefully, and always communicate with your coach if you are afraid of a skill or if you are injured.
4. Do not execute any skills at home
5. Parents are not allowed to enter the main gym. This is for the safety of the students.
6. Please NO GYMNASTICS or running in our Lobby.
7. Students are NOT ALLOWED to leave the Lobby without a parent. Students may not wait in the parking lot.
   Parents PLEASE enter the Gym Lobby to pick up your child.
8. If you are late picking up or dropping off, please ask the office staff for assistance.

Trampoline Rules

1. Mount trampoline carefully – always walk or crawl to the center
2. Never go under the trampoline
3. Perform all skills in the center of the trampoline
4. Always walk or crawl to the edge to dismount – DO NOT RUN OR JUMP OFF
5. NO ONE is allowed on the trampoline without an instructor

**CAUTION: Any activity involving motion or height creates the possibility of serious injury, including permanent paralysis and even death from landing or falls on the head or neck area.

DROP OFF:

• PLEASE DROP OFF NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS 

• PARK AND WALK YOUR CHILD TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR OR DROP YOUR CHILD OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR—A STAFF MEMBER WILL BE AT THE DOOR TO DIRECT YOUR CHILD TO CLASS

• ONLY A FIRECRACKER PARENT/GUARDIAN MAY ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILD INSIDE–ONCE YOUR CHILD IS IN CLASS YOU ARE ASKED TO WAIT IN THE CAR

• PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE LOBBY DURING CLASS

• NO CHILD WILL BE PERMITTED TO WALK TO A PARKED CAR ALONE

  PICK UP: 

• PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE END OF CLASS

• PARK AND WALK TO THE EXIT DOOR OR DRIVE UP TO JUST BEFORE THE YELLOW NO PARKING AREA TO WAIT FOR YOUR CHILD IN YOUR CAR.  A STAFF MEMBER WILL BE AT THE DOOR TO ASSIST IN PICK UP.

• THE FIRECRACKER STUDENTS MAY BE PICKED UP IN THE LOBBY

 LOBBY/RESTROOMS:

• NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS WILL BE PERMITTED TO REMAIN IN THE LOBBY AFTER DROP OFF.  

• ONLY FIRECRACKER PARENTS/GUARDIANS IF NEEDED  ARE PERMITTED IN THE LOBBY FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP

• THE WATER FOUNTAINS AVAILABLE
• GYMNAST/GYM PROCEDURES:

• PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD WEAR MINIMAL EXTRA CLOTHING AND SLIP ON SHOES.  No socks please  BRING A GYM BAG FOR THESE ITEMS AND PLACE ON A HOOK

• FIRECRACKER PARENTS/GUARDIAN SHOULD TAKE ALL EXTRA CLOTHING ITEMS WITH THEM
